Although no trump fan, the tax code and the Manhattan DA is a lethal combo. If you own a large business, the complexity and ambiguity of the tax code makes it virtually impossible to survive an audit unscathed. And the NYC prosecutor’s are notoriously ruthless.

The Manhattan DA reportedly hasn't flipped the would-be star witness in its Trump investigation. Allen Weisselberg may be holding out for the best deal possible.
