How is the chicken? Do you marinade or just season? Wrapped deer tenderloin is delicious but never tried wrapped chicken.

I have BBQ'ed large shrimp stuffed with cream cheese and peppers wrapped in bacon.

I don't season. The salt and smoke and bacon flavor do their job. Watch out for flames.
