...with a fried birdie last night. Threw some frozen fries in the deep fryer & used up the last of the leftover macaroni salad & coleslaw. As usual, wings & breasts for me, thighs & legs for my lady.
I use a dry & wet batter with flour, baking SODA, egg, milk & seasonings. Use the same batter to do shrimp, cod, squash & anything else I want to geta crispy, browned coating.Man that looks perfect. How do you do the breading?
Fish & shrimp done basically the same way, but I normally add some Huy Fong chili/garlic sauce to the wet side for them.Man that looks perfect. How do you do the breading?
