Az left over tags

I was just wondering if anyone has applied for the left over tags. There were something like 33 antlerless archery elk tags. Are any of them tags worth it?
Just wanted some input.

Good luck finding an elk where there are leftover permits. The area is north of Winslow. Red rock close to the Reservation. Very low densities of elk. Last year the success was 0%.
