Gotta love living in AZ.
HB2432 Authorizes the state to contract with weapons manufacturers to purchase semi-automatic weapons, magazines, accessories and ammunition for sale to members of the Arizona State Guard. Funds weapons training for all members of the State Guard.
HB2433 Changes membership in the Arizona State Guard from all citizens aged 18 to 45 to all able bodied citizens 18 years of age and older capable of handling a firearm.
If Ruger will build the weapons in the Prescott Valley plant and HPR will manufacture the ammo in Payson, the products won't even need to cross the state line.
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed definitely in AZ!
