I have a bad feeling that the fix for the Wyoming Fish and Game budget issues is to take the best tags Wyoming has to offer and sell them off to the highest bidder. Of course it goes without saying that there would be a small fee to sell these for them. Anybody want to start a Non Profit with me to collect a few bucks in the name of saving the Mule Deer?
