I gave the coordinates to the above deadhead to a couple of my students; I have a few already and figured they could drag it home if they wanted it.

Look uphill; the match is right there:

Check out the dogs' noses; they're alot more interested in digging for squirrels than helping find antlers.

So, I drove a long ways for a picture of this wild colt........not really. Where ever it was I drove to; no horns - but cool horses.

Almost forgot todays find. I looked for the match without any luck. Actually, it was hot and I was finished.

Dawgs,

Keep us posted if one of your students went in to find the deadhead. I think it is a great motivational tool that you are using to try to challenge your students to get outdoors, because anything to pull them away from the T.V. and video games is good. Nice pics. GREAT JOB!!!

LAST EDITED ON Jun-04-07 AT 09:21AM (MST)[p]Great pics and sheds. What state???

Nevada. No, nobody got out there to find it yet. They're middle-schoolers, so they don't have their own wheels yet. Although, they do have brothers and dads quite willing and ready to assist them. I did give the directions to the ones who did the carving of the elks' student of the month names (yep, all three of them were on that list too)
