So what type of arrows does everyone suggest? Carbon, aluminum or what.

Carbon, I use Gold Tips. I really like them, just went carbon, and found then much more durable that my alum, definatly won't be going back.

started to shoot carbons after about 15yrs of aluminum and wood and haven't looked back. Just got some Easton Axis ST's and man are they tough little buggers. Don't plan on going back, just my .02

Another vote for Easton Axis ST. I shoot the 340's.
GoldTips are good also.

PSE carbons for me. Shot aluminums for quite a few years. Gotta say I like the Carbons a lot better.
