Just curious but when do the muleys start dropping? Just got done tonight with the bow hunt and all of the bucks I have seen are still sporting racks? Just wanted to plan on going back out to see what bucks survived the hunt.

Up north, I don't go out until mid-February, even then there are plenty of bucks with horns still. By mid-March we are at around 90% shed most years. It varies by location and from buck to buck though. Find where a few bucks are hanging out and glass them from a distance the next few weeks, then you will see when they drop and you will at least have a general idea as to when the bucks shed in your area.
