area k wyoming?????

can anyone guide me in the right direction as to where to go for the final week of the elk hunt in this unit? my hunting partner got a job transfer so i'm on my own and new to this area????

Region K is Deer units....so for ELK it would be either 105, 106 or 107.

Sorry I don't know anything about those units but someone might be able to help here. Being a new comer on here, you might not get many replies but someone might help. Good luck!

Lots of elk but mostly on private. go near the utah border and bust the thick stuff because they will probably be timbered up for the most part. Maybe hit some of the walk in private areas if they are still around?
