I had major shoulder surgery a couple of years back and workout a bunch. I do exercises just for my rotator cuff but have never really found an exercise program just for archery. I do also lift weights but it is really more of a total body workout.
I shot 3D for many years and have had exposure to many things but never just a weight (or other) workout that could help build strength for drawing a bow. Holding is not as big of an issue but something that I would also like to build up.
