I've been shooting my bow a lot over the past couple of months and lately I'm experiencing pain in my left elbow and shoulder (right handed shooter). Anybody else had this experience and know what it is?

yes, most likely tendonitis. SHould go away. Take anti-inflammatory to help

Take a break, let some poundage off and quit "white knuckling" that bow.

Ice, anti inflammotory, streching is always great preventative maintenance, and if you can get your hands on an electrical stimulator that would help

sit on the couch and watch the tube.
have sex with the old lady.
drink beer.
any thing but shoot your bow.
to bad so sad.
