Applying for just a point-NR Deer

Its been a few years since I've put in for Wyoming....do we have to wait for the application deadline is over to put in for just a point? If so, what is the cost for just the point? I recall it was like $40? Thanks for the help.

Also, will the same info be the same for NR antelope?

U can buy points starting July 1st through Oct 31st..Elk 50, Deer 40, Antelope 30. If you dont put in for 2 consecutive years, you will lose whatever points you have built as a non-res
