Application Question

Hi all I wanted to know if I put in for a tag without the pp option and drew if I could go back during the pp only time frame in july and put in for a point at that time or if that time frame is for those who chose not to put in for a tag just the point?? Thanks for the help!

If you draw a tag you are not elegable for a PP in the same year...

Unless you draw 2nd or 3rd choice
