Reason I did the change to.

You can't change species', only hunts within a certain species.
If you submit an application for RBS and decide you want to do Bison, that isn't allowed. I'm assuming deer, elk and pronghorn are the same.

I'm starting over on OIL and decided to change my application to Bison and it wouldn't let me. I would have to withdraw the app and resubmit a different application to do that.
