Anyone wanna help a youngster get in the right direction???

Hey hunters, im 16 and just moved to idaho tryin to get some info on where to go deer huntin in unit 39.. if you wanna get me in the right direction that would be greatt. Thanks.

head up the middle or north fork of the Boise river 40 miles or so, find the steepest nastiest hillside you can and get to the top of it before the sunrises. sit down and glass, glass, glass.

when the deer bed down spend the day still hunting timber patches on small finger ridges, coming off main ridges. hunting the upper 1/4 of these timber pockets, the deer tend to bed down toward the top as opposed to the bottom. creek noise prevents them from hearing as well and they know most of their predators come from below. good luck buddy.

Thanks For the info i headed up there yesterday and didn't see much but me and my dad are gonna hunt hard Sunday around that area. I'll let you know how it was. Thanks again.
