Just wanted to know if anyone shed hunts near Missoula. Heading up there for college, and I am leaving my native shed ranges behind. I hope I can find some places that can ease the pain.

I live and shed hunt about 110mi from the Missouls area. You shouldn't have any trouble hunting....finding sheds is a different story of course. When you get to town just get a Forest Service map and that'll tell you where the public,private,tribal,and timber co. lands are. you'll find plenty of competition but you should be able to scoop a few. Most of the roads are closed anymores.....
