Anyone been to Sawtooth Hiking?

I am planning a trip to the Born Lakes region this summer to fish. There is a place called Windy Devil Pass that isn't too safe. Just seeing if anyone has any thoughts on this. Maybe I am too worries at times but I'm not willing to get anymore broken bones at this time in my life.

Yes I'm going to do that but I have a desire to hit the 10 highest lakes with fish in Idaho.
