Last night Overton found a box of abandon pit puppies. He brought them home and they were making so much noise we had to put the box of them on the back patio. It got a bit chilly last night so he made a heater for them by running dryer vent from his tailpipe into the box. As of this morning none of them are moving....did they get too hot?

Ok did he find them last week at the clubhouse? If so I am pretty sure they

where not pit bulls or even puppies! Rug said someone took his box of large

Gerbils and he wanted them back!

If you are not sure they are dead!! You might want to heat them up for one more night. See if that helps.

If they were gassed all night then use them for bail instead of Bisquit/gravy chumming......maybe you can catch something out there in the BIG WATER.

It sounds like they might have gotten over heated.

By any chance do you have access to a large body of salt water?

The top layer of salt water will be too warm, so dunk them as deep as you can. (you should put the puppies in a gunny sack with a big rock).

After 15-30 minutes pull the sack up and check for signs of life. If any are alive, dunk them again, but for 1 hour this time.

Hope this helps.

It would be best to get a large knife (minimum of 12") and cut them to verify the heart is beating, if so just get some mud and pack the cut up to heal.
If it isn't beating, hook them up to the arc welder (minimum 110 amps) to get a high enough "jolt" going through them, that should be enough to start their heart.

Let me guess, you drive a 1 ton with oak trees for smoke stacks, 12" lift kit and 40" tires to pull a single place lawn mower trailer?
