any one draw a wy 68 speed goat tag

I was wondering if anyone drew this tag if so you can pm me and i will tell you a couple of places that i have seen a lot of goats and a good location to set a blind but i wouln't leave it their. i would also like to see some picks becouse i am a wyoming resident who rarly is able to draw a goat toag benn hunting for 8 years now and drawn four. i belive that a wyoming resident should be able to draw a goat tag every year due to the facttheir is more goats withen 50 miles of casper that their is pepole in the entire state.
