yeah...leaving next friday!! whew!! it's almost here!! Nmtaxi and I will have a great trip!!
as for my wife's antelope huntin..we hunt near Abbott...20 miles east of springer...loaded with antelope! she missed 3 bigger...she was kinda not comfort with over 200 yds shot....first morning the weather was raining, mist and fog..couldn't see till around 7 am...we drove around first then decided go back to camp
I was outside glassing and saw some herds just front of our camp..told my wife..grab gun and goin..we stalked to the fence post and she had a perfect broadside..boom...antelope down...our boys, me and wife walked over and check it out..very nice buck...I walked back to camp to get my truck and pick it up..probably 300 yds from camp to antelope...
FUN HUNT...wife made a AWESOME shot!!
