Well, since you aren't getting any other feedback I thought I'd respond. To answer your subject line question, yes, there are ADBSS members visiting here on a regular basis. But, since I'm in Colorado I can't answer your other questions related to AZ. Just wanted you to know that ADBSS members are here but many of us do not live in AZ.
