I'm not sure if this has been posted yet but I have round about 250 mule deer sheds that I"m wanting to make into some lamps and such but I don't know exactly how to do it. If anyone could send me some info or their know how in this area please send me some information because I'd love to start making them myself.

I am an Antler Artist from Wyoming--I often have people send me their antler and I make them lamps, tables, chandelier, etc. Let me know if you are interested! I can make most table lamps for under $100--,

No antler finial wypakit? shame for shame, that is a nice lamp though. Where do you get your nice rustic shades? Are they rawhide or the fake parchment type stuff?

Here's one I did with a big matched set that I was one year late in finding. It would look a lot nicer if it had a better shade like yours does. There are so many tricks to getting it right that my fingers would wear down trying to explain it. Pick up some old horns and practice, practice ,practice. When you have a specific problem ask a specific question. good luck it's fun.

Do you usually use screws to keep the antlers together. I have heard that sometimes people have used glue... I would imagine the screw is better but what have you all found???
