Antler Gift Help

My mom's B-Day is this Saturday and to save a few $ I decided to make something out of some of the broken small sheds I have found.

If you guys have any Ideas of what I should make that would be great! Pictures would be helpful such as Jewelry.

I have a dremel tool so I can engrave stuff into the antlers I also have some Ivories.
