Any word on Antler Fest for this year? It would be great if it were this time of year when there wasn't a whole lot going on.

Nothing is set in stone at this point but right now we are thinking pretty seriously about the first weekend in June. Hopefully that will work for everyone. We are also thinking about possibly having a 2 day deal (Saturday and Sunday). Where are we having it? Right now we're leaning towards the Santaquin park on 1st South and 3rd West but like I said, we haven't set anything in stone yet.

Hopefully this year will be even bigger and better than last year!

As we all get things sured up we'll let everyone know the details.

Take care man,

What is Antler Fest? That is not the Boy Scout Auction in Jackson is it? Where is it at.

It's not the Jackson Hole deal. It's much better (IMO)! :)

It's in Utah and basically it's a get together for all those interrested in checking out some awesome sheds and racks. Last year it was a blast, we figured we had around 500 people total that showed up and we're hoping this year will be even better. There will be people buying and selling as well so don't worry about driving all the way up to Jackson Hole.

Once we know more and things are set in stone we'll spread it around to everyone.

Sounds fun. I actually liked Jackson because I only live a couple hours away. It's kind of falling apart though for guys like me. Last year Dubois wasn't nearly as fun. So is it definitely worth the trip if you have antler to sell? I usually have around 1000 lbs. of elk bone to get rid of, give or take a few hundred pounds. I would hate to drag all that down there and then bring it all back. I only keep the real big stuff I find, so I would be getting rid of it all. What town in Utah? I think I saw it posted earlier. I'm anxious to hear more about it. Thanks.

Right now we're unoffically planning on Santaquin which is in Central UT. It's about 30 miles South of Provo.

I know last year we had a couple of antler buyers that would have taken all you could give them. This year we're going to advertise the buying and selling portion of it more than we did last year so I'm willing to bet you won't be taking anything home.

Like you said, Dubois was not nearly as cool as Jackson was. Plus it's just that much further to drive. I'm sure I'll most likely end up going again this year regardless but hopefully we can help save a few people the loooong drive.

This will be the 3rd year we've done it.

The first year we had about 30 or 40 people. The 2nd year it was around 500 people. I wonder what this year will be like... :)

We were the antler buyer at the Spanish Fork Antlerfest. we again will be there, had a good time last year, and again will take any antler that guys want to get rid of, last year we pd more at antlerfest than the average rate at dubois,Elklover1 we are also a couple of hours from Jackson, if you do not want to drag your antler all over trying to sell it, we will come to your house, as well as anybody else in the utah-southern idaho-western wyoming area, Good Luckn and thanks Scott
