Antelope Jumping the String

At what distance do you need to think about adjusting the aim point to account for the potential for an Antelope ducking the shot ???

I helped a buddy get an antelope with a bow a few years ago. I filmed it while he missed a p/y goat at 40 yards. I laughed all the way home, giving him a hard time for missing a gimme shot. When we reviewed the tape, you could see he made what would have been a perfect shot except the goat dropped about 15 inches. It was a heck of an eye opener for me.
