Antelope deadline?

I was on G&F website this morning at 8:15 pacific time, and they are still accepting applications for antelope. I didn't apply because I'm getting points this year.

I thought the deadline was March 15.???

If you read the regs it states that if the drawing deadline falls on a sunday,or holiday...they take apps until the next day.

Not sure where in the regs, but its in there.
