If you go special you have a lot more options.
99-1 With > 1 points applicants had 60.00% odds of drawing a tag
100-1 With 2 points applicants had 27.78% odds of drawing a tag and as a long shot.
94-1 With > 2 points applicants had 7.69% odds of drawing a tag
