another Zenray ?

So i decided im going to switch my order from the vortex vulture 10x56 to Zenrays, but i was wondering what the differnece was in teh Zen ED 10x43 and the Zen ED2 10x43, i am going trough camerland and notice they have a demo Zen ED for 299. would it be worth it to pay the extra money for the ED2's. I have nikon monarch 10x42 right now just lookin for somethin a little better under $500. thanks

Either one is WAY better glass than the Monarch IMO...that demo is a great deal!!

Peruse some of the birding forums. They tend to have comprehensive reviews, appear fairly objective, and will call a spade a spade (for better or worse). They also seem to use their glass with higher expectations than most others.

Buy the regular ED from doug - get the demos. $300. Can't beat it.
