Another Wyo app question

I like to think I am up to speed on all the States where I apply, but think I may goofed Wyo elk this year, so maybe not.

I drew NR Gen elk, 2nd choice, Special application. On my app I did not elect to purchase the pref point. I was sitting at one less than max points and know my points are intact on a 2nd choice draw. My question is; have I prevented myself from being able to gain another pref point this year, or will I be allowed to buy the point in July-Sept.

Anyone ever buy a point after a 2nd choice draw?

You should be able to buy a point in July during the Point purchase period.

Yep, don't worry as you'll be fine to buy a PP this summer!

I usually just do the point option, so I don't have to worry about it in July- September time frame. If you get your first choice they send the point money back.
