Another Utah White Tail or deformed Muley?

Found this one in the Morgan Valley in Northern Utah. I have my own idea but wondering about yours. It has the look and character of a White Tail, however, there is a small deformation that had left a small hole where the normal split would have taken place possibly creating the unique look. Do you think this caused a Muley to form or look like a White Tail or is it one of those elusive Utah Whites?

It's a Muley!

They claim Poor Genetics when single points branch off like that?

I don't care if they're big or small!
If they throw lead I like em all!

I'm thinking muley. The whitetails that I have found (a dozen or so) are clearly whitetails. The have small burrs, an odd color and the points come off of the mainbeam at a 90 degree angle. The G-4 on your antler is coming off at like a 70 degree angle. Could be a whitetail, but I'd put my money on a muley.
