He got off with a light sentence!!

He was convicted and sentenced to pay $6,220 in fines and restitution. Additionally, his hunting privileges were suspended for three years.

Sweet plea deal.

It’s gonna be a lot harder for this person to violate game and fish laws with this conviction on his record. He will need to clean up his act, or things will likely get much more difficult for him. Hopefully he takes the high road.

It was his first year of residency so don't have high hopes for taking the high road haha..... Guess he came from Ellensburg, Wa heard he still owns an electrical business there. At least he left Cody and moved down to Star Valley Ranch so we will have to wait and see if he makes the paper down there in the future.
