Another Antelope draw question

When applying for a non-resident antelope hunt will I be charged just the application fee, the app fee plus the $286 hunt fee, or does the $286 include the app fee? In NM we just get the $8 app fee when we apply and if we are lucky enough to draw, the entire license fee is automatically withdrawn at that time.

So what I'm getting at is do I need to come up with the 286 up front or whenever the drawing is held?

It is all up front.

If you apply on-line, they take the total from your card up front. If you're unsuccessful you get refund minus app fee and PP fee if you take that option. If you draw, you get PP fee back and a tag,

Wyoming was great with elk refunds. Drew 2/28, got refund 3/4.
