First I had heard that there will be a 60 mile buffer from tribal lands in the south and also from west and northern borders of the state. They will obviously get to those areas. But at least they won’t make releases in my hunting area.
 
It doesn't matter where they release them, they'll go where they want to. unless you shoot them.

A wolf collared in NE Oregon got run over on the freeway in Sacramento.
