Well that sucks the big weenie and good for Justice Sotomayor on her dissent vote! Maybe they can now revert to emminent domain and keep the trail right where it is since I doubt the guy that owns the private land it goes though has owned it since before the RR tracks were laid! I would say from reading the article that he must be a real ##### if the other 30 private land owners gave the rights for the good of the general public to use it as a trail. Thanks for sharing that article MH!
