Aluminum or Carbon Now????

In light of the story that was posted below about the hand injury using carbon arrows, is it worth switching back to aluminums?? I realize that this will be opinion only and that whatever you shoot, it should be in good shape, but just wanted to see if any of you are going back to alum's now.

Although not as often, I've seen aluminums cause the same injury. Inspect ALL your arrows, no matter the material.

I do feel, however, aluminums are easier to locate cracks, etc., than carbon shafts. That being said, I'm still shooting carbons out of my compound bows.
