Alpen Pro 10x42

Has anyone ever used a pair of Alpen Pro Series 10X42 Model 364 binoculars ? How would you rate them?

I have several binos from Alpen. I like them all alot. When I bought my 1st pair, the salesman told me that Alpen was started from a group of optical engineers from one of the leading optical manufacturers. He actually gave me a 100% satisfaction guarentee when I bought them. Well needless to say he has never had to honor that guarentee and I actually bought a bigger pair also. Thay make a very good glass, that normal budgets can afford.
