almost a shed

I found this baby, it doesn't quite qualify as a shed though. I bet that deer felt a little embarassed for awhile, not to mention, he probably had a headache. Do you think this is from a large buck and this was his front beam, or it was mostly the deers whole antler. The configuration or shape isn't quite right for either????

My guess would be most of the antler from an average buck.

But that defintley hurt.
