hello fellow shedders I am fairly new to shed hunting but I thoroughly enjoy it. I am not a hunter but my son turns 14 this year and will be hunting with my brother in law. We have been shed hunting 5 days in April and have found 160 sheds. I will try and post pictures. Any feedback on these sheds. My son bugs me everyday when our next trip will be this is truly addictive! Lately we have been fighting quite a tick infestation any full proof ways to keep these critters off?

As far as I know there isn't much of a way to keep them from getting onto you. I just kind of got use to 'em and they're a part of the normal outdoors come spring time. My cure is to keep pretty clean (I shower morning & evening when I venture into the woods during the days) and check the warmer areas of your body (crevices). I seem to catch most of the buggers on my neck, around when they get to the sensative hairline area. The important thing is to catch them before they attach themselves to you and you'll be fine.

Thanks for the info. Kind of what I thought, but I was hoping for some miracle solution!
