Access to Cuddy Mountain

Does anyone here know how to access No Business creek (if you've ever heard of it) from the bottom of the mountain? The only way I know how is to go in from the top of Cuddy Mountain.
I'm asking because my Dad and I are going to bow hunt for Elk there this year and if we're lucky enough to harvest something we'd much rather take it out the bottom. Thanks for any replies.

ive heard of it...
only because a few guys wandered into my camp in boulder creek this year in the middle of the night. they mentioned they always hunted no business creek but this year it was super crowded and infested with wolves. Little did they know that everyones spot was crowded and infested with wolves this year and they all seemed to converge in my spot.

That's a bummer, I think that all of access from the bottom is private but I'm not sure. Thanks for the reply.

Yes, access from the bottom on Wildhorse River is OX property. You might be able to get around it by hiking, but I'm pretty sure the only road access is through their private...

I have hunted Cuddy Mountain for nearly 20 years....and there is NO access from the bottom of No Business Creek via Wild Horse River or Starve Out Creek as all of the bottom of No Business is private land. The only public access in there is from the top or up Dukes Creek on the public trail. I have packed a lot of elk quarters out of there on my back as well as with my stock. Cuddy is pretty mild during archery season but it can get nasty later in the year.....you may have read the article in Readers' Digest about 20 years ago which chronicled the tale of two dudes who got lost on Cuddy in a snow storm and shot their horses in order to sleep inside the chest cavities to survive the night....when daylight came they learned they were within 100 yards of their pickup. As far as I know those same dudes were hunting out of the grazing association's cabin at Summer's Grave up until a few years ago....so your best bet is to get yourself a good backpack.

Guys thanks for the information, that's the only way I know of as well. Thought it was worth a shot to find out. Appreciate it.
