ALLHORNS,
Hunted this area twice, about five years ago and three years ago. First time we hunted up around Taylor Lake, took two bucks, a small three pt. and a nice fork. There was four of us (50%) not bad. The second time we hunted around Davis Lake and took a small three pt. and missed a nice (22"-23") three or four pt. There's a lot of private land around the Taylorsville and Greenville area, but there also is a lot of bucks. Get a good map, study, plan, and you should have some sucess.

PS. Taylorsville has a nice campground and real neat BAR. Good Luck.

AllHorns- This is a great zone to hunt and alot of open country. Been hunting there for several years now and luv it. We always happen to see a lot of game around Antelope Lake. There was a fire a couple years back that burnt quite a bit around the South & SW edges of the lake. If you go to the Southern part of the lake, just south of the antelope lake fish & feed store, you will see a road that goes up to the right>>it is a couple 100 yards before the dam. Take this road up and you will immediately see the burnt out trees on your right hand side. Long story short, I have seen many bucks here the last couple years as they seem to like all the fresh greenery in the area.
