...roast with egg noodles, carrots & gravy. The roast is a $2.97 lb. chuck that was slow cooked in a pot to the consistency of pulled pork. A glass of red zin was the topper.
You know, I got to thinking when you mentioned ketchup that I don't use it at all. On the most traditional of all -- a hamburger -- I use BBQ sauce.Very nice. I love gravy, but the wife puts ketchup on her pot roast and also pork chops. Almost makes me puke.
