...pork sirloin roast occupied the plates last evening. The roast was done in a crock pot for 5 hrs. -- 2 1/2 on high & 2 1/2 at the lowest setting. It was immersed in apple cider with garlic & other spices. The gravy was made from the juice thickened with flour.
