A question for you engineer types

I want to get this style of centrifuge. These two companies seem to be the same, close to same amount in price.

Is there an advantage one has over the other?

Terry, I was thinking if you filled up your washing machine with used oil and hit the spin cycle it would sling all the dirt particles out and they would get trapped in the filter. When the machine pumps out the oil to the drain, just catch it in jugs.

But the again, I'm no engineer.....
