For those of you unfamiliar with Beau, he's an extended member of Randy Newberg's team. He's quite the cook, runs a llama business and doesn't ever seem to have a bad day, despite bad days with his cancer fight. The homeboy does not quit.

And his wife and kid are cute as heck!
