A good leader

I have a book report in one of my college classes due in a couple of weeks. The report requires my view on a leader and how he influences people in a positive way. I sincerely believe that hunting and leadership go hand in hand and that a great hunter needs to be a good leader. I want to find a good book about some influential people like Teddy Roosevelt or military minds like George S. Patton. Any and all recommendations would be appreciated.

Did you watch the ESPY's? You should really look at Pat Summitt Tennessee Vols women's Basketball head coach. She is the epitome of leadership, humility, and what being great really means.
