Most places I'm around don't require steel toe shoes. There is one place that makes us wear them. As usual, some show up without them so I have a solution that the company finds acceptable. I make the guys wear these since I have a few.

I laugh real hard when they put them on and walk around in them. It's the highlight of my day. They almost always leave right away and go get their steel toe boots.
