Elated? What's there to be elated with another healthy ecosystem destroyed. The intent of these SOB's is clear and that is the end of all hunting on public land by strapping the state with endless law suits and a diminished resource unable to sustain and pay for itself. Their aim is to make hunting here in the West no longer sustainable and profitable by manipulating the ecosystem of each state to ruin. Wildlife Dept.'s would in essence cease to exist without proper funding. A shrewd and cunning plan that must be met head-on with resolve and vigor by all sportsmen.
