That sucks, hard to believe the sun was in his eyes at almost noon.

NO Friggin way was the sun in his eyes if he was headed WESTBOUND towards that Lake before NOON TIME........plain stupid response by the driver....better get a good sentence at the court hearing and a stiff fine if it proves he was driving at an unsafe speed and inattention to area.
