66/69 elk Idaho

Just wondered if anyone is doing any good on the cow elk hunt in the Tex creek zone (units 66, 69). Seeing many? Are they moving at all? I know this hunt is alot better if we get snow. I don't know alot about this hunt area besides a few places off of Skyline ridge. I went out last week but didn't see anything. Thanks for the updates.
